I came across this Clane Design dress during one of my strolls through the sale racks. It was marked 40% off! This style is common in Japan, but what makes this dress unique is there is light padding in the skirt and sleeves, similar to a puff coat. So it feels like wearing a very lightweight coat. I thought it would pair perfectly with cape and some chunky ankle boots!
